1. Who we are

The LUZO Store at shop.luzo.app is operated by SalonSurf Ventures Private Limited, a company registered in India with its office at Radhakrishna CHS, Vachnalaya Marg, Dadar West, Mumbai 400028. LUZO is our brand. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Return Policy.

2. Using the store

You must be 18 or older to place an order. The details you give us, including your name, mobile number and address, must be correct and your own. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, misuse or resale in bulk.

3. Products

Every product is genuine and supplied through the brand's authorised professional channel via LUZO partner salons. Product photos are for reference; packaging may vary slightly by batch. Descriptions, ingredients and usage directions come from the brand. Please read the label and do a patch test before first use, and stop using a product if you notice irritation.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order. Payments are processed securely by PayU. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation message after successful payment. We may cancel a confirmed order if the product is out of stock or cannot be delivered to your pincode, and will refund you in full.

6. LUZO Discount Voucher

  • Eligible orders earn a LUZO Discount Voucher, shown on each product page as a percentage of the price paid.
  • It is credited to the LUZO wallet linked to the mobile number given at checkout, 24 hours after delivery.
  • It can only be used on salon bookings made through the LUZO app.
  • It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money.
  • It is withdrawn or adjusted if the order is cancelled or refunded, as set out in our Refund and Return Policy.
  • Validity and usage limits are shown in the LUZO app. LUZO may change or end the voucher programme with notice on this page; vouchers already credited will be honoured.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Content and trademarks

The LUZO name, logo and store design belong to SalonSurf Ventures Private Limited. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective brand owners and are used to describe the products we sell. You may not copy or reuse store content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier and network outages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
